Using the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of the general conditions set forth below. These conditions may be amended at any time. Users of are invited to refer to them regularly.

Users can access the site at all times. Coppel Maintenance may, however, decide to interrupt access to carry out technical maintenance. Processing of personal data

In France, personal data is protected by law No.78-87 dated on 6 January 1978, law No. 200′-801 dated August 6 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal COde and the European Directive dated October 24 1995.

When using the site, the following information can be collected: the URL of the links the user employed to access the site, the user’s internet service provider, the user’s IP address.

In any case, Coppel Maintenance only collects the user’s personal data for certain services offered by the site The user supplies that information knowingly, and even more so when they enter the information themselves. Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction

Any dispute related to use the website is governed by French Law and shall be referred exclusively to the courts of Bonneville, which shall be deemed to have competent jurisdiction in such matters.
